Superb serviced officeWe had 1,700 square foot of space that was vacant for 4-6 months with not a big budget for conversion. Business Centres Direct offered a budget that would allow us to create 7 offices at 1,300 square foot billable, a meeting room, a new kitchen and a new comms line to provide private and secure comms. Excellent job, early ETA and on budget. Business Centres Direct also let the offices and now manage the serviced office operation. - Great experience.
Bit of a gamechangerOur 3,500 square foot open-plan office in Sunderland was gathering dust. BCD provided us with a project plan that showed we could use the space to develop 15 smaller serviced offices.
