Our experience and complimenary skillsets set us apart from a pure sales, marketing or outfitting company. Our management team bring together marketing, sales, HR, operations and outfitting to offer a service which takes into considerations the “bigger picture”.
Collectively we have developed serviced offices and commercial spaces in Failsworth, Huddersfield, Radford, Lenton, Nottingham, Cardiff, Stockton, Sunderland, Derby and Plymouth. These works involved converting space only spaces and developing services offices from the ground up, creating the space, creating the infrastructure (h&s), IT, Comms and executing marketing campaigns to bring tenants into the space.

We had 1,700 square foot of space that was vacant for 4-6 months with not a big budget for conversion. Business Centres Direct offered a budget that would allow us to create 7 offices at 1,300 square foot billable, a meeting room, a new kitchen and a new comms line to provide private and secure comms. Excellent job, early ETA and on budget. Business Centres Direct also let the offices and now manage the serviced office operation. - Great experience.
We met with Dean & Simon as we had only a couple of tenants. They came in developed a plan to market the centre, to make it serviced office as opposed to meeting room focussed. Within 5 months, we were fully occupied, new flooring upgrades were made, a large office re-customisation had took place and we had installed a new leased line to provide better internet and comms.
Our 3,500 square foot open-plan office in Sunderland was gathering dust. BCD provided us with a project plan that showed we could use the space to develop 15 smaller serviced offices. This was a game changer, they developed site, upgraded the toilets and kitchens and we are now ready to roll out the sales and marketing plans to fill our new serviced offices.
