Redecoration, Flooring & Ceiling renovation
This project was to revitalise a 3,000 square foot space in Cardiff to prepare for a new tenants taking over the tenancy. A budget was agreed for this project and we worked with both the prosective tenant and landlord to develop site that met boththeir requirements.
First Floor redevelopment Pt1
partial re-configuration of first floor office spaces to eat into wasted communal area. Developed space, re-decoration, re-flooring works and re-furnishing of the office to meet the specification requirements of new tenant on a 3-year lease agreement. Part 2 of this project well be developed in January 2026 and will involve reconfiguration of 2 other offices on first floor adding an additional 250 square foot to each. The second floor project will also see a further 1,500 square foot reconfigured to reduce the numbers of offices from 8 to 5 but providing biggersspaces for tenants.
Space Only To Serviced Offices
Converting 1,800 square foot space into 7 serviced offices, a meeting room, a new kitchen and breakfast bar and a communal corridor providing clear exits via both fire escapes. Services offices now fully occupied and billing for 1,300 square foot and 135 square foot meeting room in central Nottingham.
