Our in-house team offer a full spectrum of design and build services ranging from initial brief development, feasibility and surveys, through concept and design development including visualisation, to implementation and capturing as-built information. We are also able to assist with the planning and building control process. We pride ourselves on providing a truly end-to-end service.
We understand the demands of the commercial sector and offer a responsive and adaptable approach in this fast-paced environment. We are keen to ensure that we deliver the most suitable solution based on the space available, with a mixture of office and break-out space to ensure that tenants have an excellent working and chill-out experience whilst also ensuring we can charge a highly competitive market rate price per square footage.
