Your commercial space will be audited from top to bottom to allow us to develop a plan of what is achievable with your space.  This includes, billable office space, break-out areas, meeting rooms, and other facilities that allow us to offer a competitive serviced office.

The audit will also consist of a local competitive marketplace review to understand whether there is a need or over-saturation within the makrketplace for your serviced offices to fit within.  This part of the audit will also allow us to learn how we will compete in terms of amenities.

The final part of our audit is based on the financials and whether we can develop a serviced office that will meet your investment budget and also whether we can show you a successful return on investment within 3-5 years.
